The banana screen combines best of both worlds - High Capacity of a Circular Motion Inclined Screen and High Efficiency of a Horizontal Linear Motion Screen. The banana screens are linear motion screens driven using geared excitors imported from Germany.

The screen finds its application in sizing, washing and de-watering applications across industries like Coal, Cement, Aggregate etc. Banana screens are available in single deck and double deck configurations and have capacities ranging from 100 tph to 500 tph.

On the first section of the screen material picks up at high velocity, materials removed at a high rate. In the middle section material has thin bed depth and materials are removed at a lower rate.
